RCFD units on scene of a Hazmat Incident-1A on Flack Road. Crews found a home heating oil tank leaking inside the residence. Technicians from the Westmoreland County Hazardous Materials Response Team 800 assisted with controlling the leak and offloading the tank. Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services transported two patients for evaluation.
