RTFD units responded to Eat’n Park on Broad Ave for a Hazmat Incident-1A. Employees reported a leak from the restaurant’s carbon dioxide system with alarm sounding. Crews isolated the leak, ventilated, and provided air monitoring. No injuries were reported.
