RCFD units on scene of a Vehicle Accident-Entrapment-1A on Route 51 at Fellsburg Road. Crews used the HURST Jaws of Life rescue system to free the confined occupant. Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services handled patient care and transported to Rostraver Airport for transfer to STAT MedEvac. Route 51 was restricted for approximately 1 hour.
