Rescue-Water - Hempfield Twp

SWRT48 was dispatched as part of a large Water Rescue response to central Westmoreland County during flash flooding last night. RTFD personnel assisted companies of the Hempfield Fire Department with rescues of multiple stranded individuals in various areas throughout Hempfield Township.
