RCFD units on scene of a Vehicle Accident-Commercial on I-70 West at Exit 43. One truck overturned on the ramp and the occupants were assisted from the vehicle by bystanders. Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services transported two patients. Exit 43 West will be closed while the scene is cleared.
