Vehicle Accident-Entrapment - Finley Rd

RCFD units were dispatched to Finley Road for a Vehicle Accident-Entrapment. The 2nd party caller was unable to provide an exact location. Rostraver Twp Police Department located the vehicle and determined the occupant was confined due to the location of the car. Officers and firefighters assisted the occupant from the vehicle to be evaluated by Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services.
