The Rostraver Central VFC provides primary fire and rescue service to most of Rostraver Township, as generally indicated below.  In our primary area, we respond with the assistance of other township and neighboring companies to major incidents, such as building fires and vehicle extrications.  We are the only responder for service calls and less severe incidents, such as motor vehicle accidents, downed trees, carbon monoxide detector activations, utility emergencies and flooding conditions.

Other companies, mainly during fundraising campaigns, may claim to provide primary service to your home.

Rostraver Central provides automatic and mutual aid on major incidents in North Belle Vernon, Monessen, West Newton, Smithton, and South Huntingdon Township in Westmoreland County.  Mutual aid service has been regularly requested to parts of Washington, Fayette, and Allegheny Counties bordering Rostraver Township.
